Can I return or exchange an item?
Because of the unique nature of our products, all sales are final. Please review item descriptions and measurements carefully before purchasing. Contact us before your purchase with inquiries.


Do you ship internationally?
We offer worldwide shipping upon request — contact us with any shipping inquiries. Customs fees or import taxes are the buyer’s responsibility.


How long will it take to receive my online order?
Online orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Once shipped, you’ll receive tracking info.


Can I pick up my online order in your Bushwick showroom?
Yes! Showroom pickup is an option at checkout. Leave a note with your preferred communication method (email, Instagram) and we’ll reach out within a business day to schedule a pickup time. Pickup slots can vary week to week, so if you have a preferred or limited availability, please let us know before purchase — we’ll do our best to accommodate you!


How often do you add new items?
We refresh our in-store collection weekly and online collection monthly. Sign up for email alerts here to be the first to know when new items drop online.


Where is your showroom, and how do I make an appointment?
