1. Agreement
By accessing this site or making a purchase from Moment For Life, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Products
We sell vintage and one-of-a-kind clothing. Minor wear, fading, or other imperfections may occur. Colors may vary by display. Please reach out before purchase with any inquiries.

3. Pricing, Taxes, and Fees
Prices are in USD. At checkout, a line item labeled “Taxes and Fees” may appear. This includes applicable state and local taxes and other regulatory fees.

Due to platform limitations, tax may appear on items that are otherwise exempt under law (e.g., New York clothing under $110). Any amounts collected on these items are remitted to the applicable authorities or tracked separately and are not retained as profit.

4. Shipping & Delivery
Orders ship within 3-5 business days. Delivery times vary by carrier. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after carrier confirmation.

5. Returns & Exchanges
All sales of vintage and one-of-a-kind items are final. For damaged or incorrect items, contact us within 5 days for resolution. We'll do our best to help.

6. Payments
We accept major credit cards displayed at checkout. Payment is due in full at purchase.

7. Intellectual Property
All content on this site is owned by Moment For Life and may not be reproduced without permission.

8. Liability
We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability is limited to the product price.

9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New York State. Disputes are resolved in courts of Kings, NY.

10. Changes
We may update these Terms at any time; continued use constitutes acceptance.
